Can you confirm which brochure and page as the info below if what I have based my purchase on my14
And the exterior section does not offer paint for the bumper or upgrade
This is the brochure I was emailed from the dealer April 2014 my14 published late 2013
It does not list a bumper / exterior paint option for bumpers
This is the current brochure from land rover site my15 published late 2014

As I said, the brochure does not define the options it just just an indicator of what is available (there will be a suitable disclaimer on it somewhere).
The order sheet (actually completed online by the dealer) at the time of purchase defines the specification. Even here things can change if the baseline specification changes from order to delivery; although in this case the option to add coloured bumpers has remained constant since the launch of the D4 commercial.
It looks like you were unaware of the option at the time of ordering and so you got a standard commercial.

But please explain as I am a bit confused .
Who actually tells me and offers the coding . I the sales team know I was suping the car up as I ordered loads of the additional extras I could have plus I have had the addition items to have it look like the black pack ( black wheels / front grill/ side grill)
The my14 clearly does not offer coding
