Either Sankey or roof tent would be fine, once away from the main E4 road north lots and lots and lots of good wild camping to be had.
Don't forget to say hi to the locals.

Doing it with a trailer is no problem and makes for a comfortable trip. Don't worry about the speed - the roads aren't fast anyway.

The only downside is the very steep mountain roads - specifically coming down. I remember coming down our first big descent, which took around three quarters of an hour, to find the trailer wheels red hot. This was because the brakes were forced on for the whole time by the weight of the trailer pushing against the Land Rover. A later trip across the Alps saw us melt a brake cable too
A reckon that a disc braked Sankey would be more resilient in that respect.Darren

They are slowly stripping your car you seem to be missing the blanking plugs from your raised air intake

Well was good coz I was nice and warm. Warm coz I had a 4 season bag in a three season bag on a proper foam mat and was fully clothed, including hat.
Up at the top now, heading for North Cape. Views pretty spectacular and some great driving roads.

Earlier on I passed a white 110 Deafner with two peeps huddled round the rear right wheel. Being a good Samaratin I started to pull in to help them (well I can offer moral support and make coffee) when I realised they were using the wheel as shelter from the wind for cooking.
Note to self, don't assume all stationary Deafners are broken down.
