If you say navigation select home rather than go home, you'll find it more accurate and less likely to take you to the airport. If you hum go home and then hum airport you'll hear that they sound the same, hence why the system gets confused and wants to take you to the airport.
I'd like to take the credit for finding this useful bit of info, but I was told it be a LRE member of staff when he was raving about how good the system was.D3 HSE MY05 Auto

Is that pronounced "poo-eye" ?
I've managed the "I'm hungry" command which have led to the map being full of POI icon's obscuring everything. But I simply can't get her to understand "Navigation POI off"
Should it be spelled out for her as in P-O-I or poo-eye ? I've had this issue for two years now ...

for you guys that have it do you really use it? I sort of like pushing a button rather than talking to myself. I could see using it for the first week or two but I would think the novelty would wear off.
Yes all the time, 95% successful, only time it fails is when I have passengers and I am showing off It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.
That lady in the dashboard is "Kylie"....or was up to some point in the past
The voice recognition was / is a brilliant but quirky feature....
But when you remember specific commands very usable.BREXIT - done properly.
Right now ...We need Government - not Politics
Save the Dipstick Flagbearer-keep it simple, less likely to fail campaign-agenda items:Starting Handles, Acetylene Lamps.

D3 HSE-perfectly formed, passenger friendly...has real DIPSTICK
Jag XK-but sadly no DIPSTICK...HUGE design fault
FL2 has DIPSTICK..."real comfort in rear seats"
VW Golf wondermobile (?)..has real DIPSTICK
Morris Minor..original DIPSTICK technology..and a real KEY.

I changed the voice on mine from the lady to Mr-T.
Now it won't go anywhere NEAR the airport!
Problem solved!
