If the D5 is a Chelsea tractor favoured by yummy mummys and drug dealers, shouldn't the RRS forum be ammeded to RRS/D5 forum to truly represent its target market?D4 HSE EU6 (Known as Jeeves)

Just a quick question.....but of those out there who've gone to view the new discovery; did you get an invitation from the dealer or just a time and date via email when you made the enquiry like me? You'd think they'd want to have an idea of how many who made the enquiry through Land Rovers own site, weeks and weeks ago are still planning to attend. Thanks in advance.
ps. I only ask because six months ago or more I contacted three of my local dealers (Sales managers) and asked them to keep me informed as I may be in the market to purchase. Not one even acknowledged the email (all left through their own sites) nor have they made any contact since then. All that I Pay my Psychiatrist is the price of Feed and Hay.....and he listens to me All Day

I had three invitations to go to Taunton Land Rover. They all came from Land Rover itself not Taunton. The first two emails came about six weeks apart and the last one came the day after Taunton's day. I had several phone calls from the Salesman that I deal with reminding me of the date.Never take life too seriously. Nobody gets out alive anyway.

I'm sat outside my kid's private school in my D4 covered in mud, does that make it a Chelsea tractor?DS3 TDV6 HSE - Silver with Alpaca (old one) Gone

That depends. Is it Land Rover's OEM "Designer Mud" that was applied for you at your Land Rover Authorised Dealer? 2011 - 2015: 3 x FL2

I didn't say all D4 owners. There is exceptions to everything including those of us who are buying a D5.
Just because a D4 is more a traditional LR doesn't mean it's being used as such and just because the D5 has the bling doesn't me it won't work for a living.23.5MY Defender 90 X-Dynamic SE D250 MHEV Pangea Green

Defenders, D3s, D4s, FFRR, Evokes Q5s, Q7s and GLs are almost derigeur at my kids school. However, I like to think I add to the tone when I pick my kids up This is me recently on my way to collect my little cherubs. Not sure this how the D5 is meant to be used though.
