I hope you have told your insurance Companys that you are using Shell V Power In the Beginning there was nothing, which exploded.

Does it count as a modification then ?
My D3 came with Harry Tuffins diesel in it so I guess that is the manufacturers standard fuel. So any other would be outside of warranty cover too wouldn't it ?
Advise please.

Third and last tank of Shell V Power - don't see what benefit I am getting. Down at 26mpg now, which is same as normal diesel.

I've only just bought my disco but have used Vpower/ exelium /BP Ultimate for a while in my BMW trying to figure out if they make a difference. There have been threads on the Alpina and BMW froms for a while with no conclusions.
I have not noticed any difference in economy but throttle response is better and I get more nectar points! "its probably a virus, you'll be right as rain in a few days and if you're playing sport try to favour the other leg"

I have put in around 130 litres of of the stuff, but it has always had a mix of some with the regular until today when the dilution should be so low it should not matter.
Similar to the petrol version, it does seem a little smoother and quieter but not yet really noticed any changes in MPG, that said I have not been driving as conservatively as I normally would.
I am still seeing ITRO 25MPG, and I would expect to see around 33 or so, given as I can achieve good real average of 30mpg with normal Shell, driving steady.
However, I would like to run a few tanks through and then make a judgement, let the additives and cleaners have a proper chance to do there thing. The M-Power Express
