This.
When as a teenager I lived in the US I wanted (drooled after, really) a vette. Now when I’m more mature I have no desire for sports cars at all since they’re not very practical, ride low and fit very little

V8s are in the blood, my 3rd car was an SD1, I was 19 at the time, had a sevaral of them till I got the ultimate a red vittese twin plenum which I still own but its on long term loan to another family member as he has a nice dry warm garage for it to live in. The D3 is my second V8 discovery, had a DII 4.0 which was ungraded to 4.6

While the total addressable market (TAM) - all ever sold globally - for D3 V8 is unknown, we do know the Serviceable Available Market (SAM) - around ~400 accounts on this forum. Current voting gives us a market share of 0.5% of SAM assuming all who voted where V8 owners.
What needs to happen is an insane marketing blitz and call to action campaigns to increase our mindshare by uniting everyone behind one common goal!
