We were up in Weardale and Alston yesterday, still a lot of snow left over from the last beast and bitterly cold with driving snow for most of the day But it was a great day out

That would make sense as I was fairly sure that no Deltics are in actual use on the railways.
Class 37
There are a few Deltics at the round house at Barrow Derbyshire, but in private hands.

Hi Ray,
I worked at Stratford Depot (SF) in East London for about 6 or 7 years in the 1980's. The Depot has gone now thanks to the Olympic Stadium and Westfield shopping centre.
