United Kingdom 2005 Discovery 3 TDV6 S Manual Zermatt SilverDiscovery 3
Complete new clutch

Disco just gone in to local garage for a complete new clutch DMF etc

Thought just out of interest I’d phone local stealer to get a price from them
Last time it had one from them I think it was about £12 - £1300 pounds
OMG
They guy said just hold the line while work it out
Came back and tried to make it sound value for money and quoted me
£2350.00
Yep that’s correct
When I told him it had gone up quite a bit since last time he had no answer
Then found out that I wasn’t actually speaking to local service dept but all service calls go to a call centre now

You’d have thought that they would get a bit cheaper as they get older but I guess that they think by increasing prices to stupid levels will get us to go and buy a newer disco
