Fantastic work! And thanks for posting all the details of your build.
I'm really interested to see what the feature cross-over is like for a 2014+ D4. In factory guise, my 2015 has Sat Nav instructions on the center screen. I presume, given that wasn't supported on the 2010-2012 RR's, that it would lose that ability.
Does anyone know if the later (2013+) RR instrument clusters would work?

Tbh I just not
Sure on the 2013 screen and as there 300-400 on eBay and I have a car that’s only a 2010 I wouldn’t be waiting my money buying one as even if I got one working my car isn’t equipped with Satnav on cluster one day in the future if I decide to upgrade the Satnav /radio in mine I may try it but for now not
Another thing is I may buy one and it just carnt be don’t again would be a waste of money as I not seen any anywhere done on a later one or even showing SatnavDisco 3 gone but not forGotten

@james1974 Do you think that a 2010-2012 dash could possibly be fitted to a D3 given the video on it apparently fitted to a sport?
If so would you be willing to undertake or advise on the programming side of things Getting really tempted by this... Not like I have anything else to do! 😂🙈

Well I am now in the prosess of upgrading the Satnav system
On mine from 2010 to the newer 2014 setup
Have just brought new display new iam unit and new wiring loom so hopefully after that I will either get more on the display or maybe try a later display
I’m hopping that the display I’m using will give me more info ( radio Satnav etc)
As there is no difference between 2010 and 2014 instrument cluster on the disco 4
But a 2010 no info and 2014 gives info on same displayDisco 3 gone but not forGotten

So how is it going? Easy to live with?
I was wondering whether you had found anything in the code that would help us to edit the graphics on the display?
No idea what you are looking at but does anything look like a callout for an image file we could edit / replace?
Not a coder by any stretch of the imagination but handy with graphics.
Any clues might help someone track down a file format or a converter somewhere?
Not expecting to change the colours, fonts and layouts but replacing the Range Rover for a Disco would be amazing.
Definitely got me considering the mod especially as I can then do a custom LCD screen in front of the main entertainment display running Android and a decent readable interface. NOT a fam of the JLR layout. Confusing and slow.

Don't think that'll work somehow, have to think of plan B and have a plan Z as back up
