When are you taking orders James?
I’d also be very interested if you were to be able to take orders James. I’d be more than happy to send both sets clocks to be programmed if that’s a possibility. 2015MY discovery 4 se tech with factory black pack.

Well guys. Just got back from James’s after having the cluster programmed! Absolute top guy!
As James said, he had 1 issue with the code but he soon got that sorted. When I stood there looking at his laptop I did not have a clue what all the letters and numbers meant but he certainly knew his stuff! I would not hesitate one bit to recommend his services!
Will post a little vid up of the cluster fitted tomorow evening once I’ve cut my dash. It doesn’t look a big job and James run through everything that needs to be cut. The good thing is, is you can put it all back to standard if you decide to trade the car in.
Thanks again james. Your a star! 👍🏻

Well the clocks are all fitted. Had to cut the lugs on the bottom of the new clocks and also also the upper right lug on the clocks. The dash only needed to be cut at the top of the cowl and also the little lugs that hold the lower panel around the steering wheel. Drilled 2 new fixing holes to hold the clocks at the bottom and put 2 self tappers in. I did slightly muller the leather on the upper cowl but I couldn’t see a way of getting the clocks in without it scuffing. It’s something il just have to live with.
Just want to say a big thanks to james again. What an absolute legend for sorting the clocks out!

Fantastic mod I really want this now.
I wonder how it works in a 62plate as we do get turn by turn instructions in the middle.
Just to as that anyone with a 2012 on that gets phone and Satnav messages on the instrument cluster will loose that ability
So no phone number will show up and no turn

Other than the EPROM programmer, do you need anything else? Do you need an IIDTool or similar? Want to make sure before I take the plunge with the purchase.

DOH..... didn’t really want to spend 300-400 for an IIDTool as well as the digital dash.
Anybody in Holmfirth/Manchester area who has multi-vehicle IID who might be up for doing it? Beer token could be provided 😉

EEPROM is ll that’s needed to program chips
Iid tool is needed to adjust rev counter from 6500 to 4000 red line
I have done a few for mate now and it’s not as easy as just altering the file in the same places as different dash year and vehicle years have to be altered differently
1 dash I’ve had would read chip so I had to unsolder the chip and read it manually not the end of the world but when the chip is 10mm wise you have to have good soldering skills or you would ruin the dash
Which I do haveDisco 3 gone but not forGotten
