Thanks everyone for info this page. Just received L322 AH4210849AS Instrument cluster and wait PCB like Yargo showed from a Russian friend. Hope soon I can retrofitting this into my D3.
Now I have one question, how I can check that my dashboard is working? What I need to connect and what's pin? Will only need 12v enough or need something more?
I know that I shouldn't connect it to my car without PCB so any suggestions?LR4 V8 5.0 HSE Lux

I failed with this whole idea. I could not fit dash from RR into D3, it just doesn`t fit, not enough space. I have been told I need to cut foam opening with stanley knife for cluster to fit, but that`s not for me. I have seen pictures and it doesn`t look perfect.

You can`t. Once you connect PCB with digital cluster, you will see if it works.

PCB will come with short cable with plugs on each end. Connect one plug to stock cluster, other plug to PCB. Then connect black and red to 12v battery. You will see lights flashing and lot of errors come up, wait until it says READY. Plug PCB into the back of digital cluster and then attach plug from car. Thats all.
Did they tell you about fuel gauge.... ?

Yes, I think that saw your topic on drive2
I still not received PCB but already received instrument cluster so currently I need to check it and just turn on for checking screen.
What about fuel gauge – berZZ said that has problems with fuel consumption but Available range is displaying correctly. I hope it's not so bad, and they can fix that in further updates.LR4 V8 5.0 HSE Lux

I just finished installation that PCB from Moscow (LANDY) and it's works! At first PCB read settings from your instrument cluster and then used yourself as MITM between car and digital instrument cluster. It's still not finished but almost done.
So, it was a challenge to install that instrument cluster in D3 I used my Dremel all day to correct dashboard. Also hard to find correct position and angle but at final its looks and works good.

I just read through the whole thread as I had seen this mod on another RRS.
So I got the screen and have ordered the eeprom reader does anyone have any pictures of what they cut away inside the dash? And how they modified the new instrument display, which tabs were cut etc.
Thanks
Nik

I realize this thread is a little old, but I'm just now getting around to this particular mod and hope some of the Op's can lend me some advice!
I have a couple of quick questions for @Jame1974;
First, did you ever try to swap the internal components from the TFT display over to the stock cluster frame? I know the fitment seems to be a bit of a pain....I'm just wondering if there is a slightly better solution. Full disclosure, I've got a TFT on the way and haven't taken the old one apart yet.
On a completely separate note, I read that you were going to try upgrading your 2010 nav system to the newer 2012+ system. I didn't see any updates on it and wanted to see if you got it all sorted out? I too have been trying to attempt that particular upgrade for quite some time, (I have a 2010 LR4 as well) but every time I think I have it all figured out, I run into another road block. Not to mention, sourcing the harnesses here in the US has been a royal pain in the rear! I'm so tired of hearing, "Wait, what are you doing?......just give me your VIN." So frustrating!
