L322
Love it. Does this cluster upgrade works on L322 from 2006 as click and play?
Cheers

Success!
Background: I am a well seasoned automotive professional (on german vehicles, namely BMW). My master technician has a 2010 Range Rover Sport and had to have this cluster. Got it to work 100% perfectly. It did take a number of hours to get it going.
Next up will be getting it to fit perfectly. I have 5 of these clusters here and can prepare the cluster if I have your original and the new cluster. Then all that needs to be done is hook up to SDD and enjoy the incredible upgrade. We may be printing custom 3D printing housings and modifying the cluster before hand to be plug and play.
If anyone is interested in doing this to their car let us know.

Mbenvo, can you program a 2006 supercharged cluster L322 to the digital once? I have already a supercharged digital cluster.
Thanks

Just a quick reply to Alan.S and other that want to try to read the 35080vp chip with the ch431a programer.
There is a yellow jumper on it, on the same side as the locking lach. this jumper can be set to provide 3.3v or 5v.
I just figured this out and was able to read the chip with this programer by wiring it this way
Might work with the Clip, not sure. I am not able to change the 2 first lines on the chip. not sure why. It might be Hardware Protected somehow and I have no idea on how to disable that protection (Yet)
a Pic of the chip with pin numbers :

Hi Guys. I'm from the dark side with my RRS 2012
And really want the l322 digital clocks. I have a chance to get a set of clocks cheap enough but struggling to fathom what's needed to fit them. Mechanically I'm good but not electronically I have had my clocks out before to fit a new binaccle cover etc so physically fitting them I'm OK. It's just the wiring and software. Also will my current mileage still be carried over?

I can't get a reply so I'm going to attempt to understand how they installed the LCD display to the D3. How did others fare?
Looks doable, not by me 😌.
Maybe move the original cluster to the glove box and have the RR cluster to only mirror the original cluster so it doesn't handle the cruise function and other communication tasks? Just thinking out aloud at this point.

Reading from this thread so far we know if its fitted to Disco 4, you:
loose radio stations on instrument cluster
loose bluetooth
loose TPMS
What about digital oil level indicator on d4, does it show correctly? What about fuel gauge - RR has larger tank.

I failed with this whole idea. I could not fit dash from RR into D3, it just doesn`t fit, not enough space. I have been told I need to cut foam opening with stanley knife for cluster to fit, but that`s not for me. I have seen pictures and it doesn`t look perfect.
can u stil get this pcb?

Would a brand new L322 cluster require any programming?
Finally deciding to go through with this on a 2011 RRS. Wondering, if I purchase a new 2011 L322 IC, would programming be necessary/any easier? Not sure if the high price tag will be worth time saved…
Cheers!
