I must have had 30 friends, family and colleagues sit in the back over the last 18 months ...some short journeys some long...still waiting for a negative comment.

Outside of this forum, I'm also still waiting for someone to say how ugly it is ...I only get gushing compliments.

What a lovely D5 world I live in Mr. Green

Is there a word similar to “Penis Envy” for those who don’t have a D5 as there seems to be a lot about. Laughing

They’re just being kind and polite to you. Wink

The middle row seating is woeful in comparison to the D3/4. Which is a shame.

I did with my first D3. Just pulled up at a site in the New Forest and a bloke came straight up to me and said that’s one ugly car Shocked He was driving a Jeep Laughing I do think it is a common view that the D5s looks aren’t it’s fortune and the chances of someone walking up to you and expressing that view is remote. At the end of the day who gives a Censored if you like it.

actually I did get some good remarks about the D5 yesterday - stopped at a car parts place for some bits for my daughters car, and 2 of the chaps were outside - both said its the first time they had looked at a D5 close up, and both said they thought it looked much better than - in their words - the boxy old D4.

I checked and neither had white sticks or a guide dog Whistle

So, there you go...................

^^ never used that site - is it a bit, "mines bigger than yours type of thing" ??

Lets just say life never stands still, things move on - I wasnt sold on the D3 (postman Pat's van was how my missus refered to a red one we saw) when it came out after having Disco TD5's - went on to have 2 D3's and 2 D4's - now on D5 - lets just say that there is an awful lot that is better in the D5, but obviously not to everyones taste, and leave it at that shall we? Thumbs Up
