Hi @Asbestross
Plus 1, many thks for taking the time to carry on adding to the list , very helpful seeing them side by side
Alas I’m on 17s COOPER DISCOVERER A/T3 and have been thinking of getting a set of 18 or 19 inch rims
as I do very low mileage wondering about getting a set of AT tyres that are 3PMSF marked and leaving them on all year round , haven’t made my mind up as of yet
Daft question if I may plse, has there ever been a survey done on what the most popular tyres members go for plse
Thks so much once again for making the chart
Cheers. Not sure how to do a poll, although everyone has different circumstances. Some are 100% on road, some are 100% off road and others just like the look of chunkier tyres.2003 Freelander Commercial 2.0 TD4 (Oslo Blue) SOLD

Any idea what the SF stands for? The current SV/AS were 3PMS in just one particular rating, perhaps they've found that was the most popular?2003 Freelander Commercial 2.0 TD4 (Oslo Blue) SOLD

I’ve had 15” ones on my Series 3 since I got it, and swapped the ROW spec Avons on my V8 Defender for them as I was so impressed. They’ve since brought out the KO2 version which is even better, and also has a winter rating.
Not driven many others, but massively impressed with them. Handling good and surprisingly capable off road. They don’t do 19” sizes, but 18s and also 20s if you can fit them under your wheel arches.

I just fitted 4 new GG AT3’s and also had a Hunter alignment done. It’s surprising how you get used to old tyres and still think all is well. Apparently my steering wheel was not centred and 3 wheels out of alignment, one of the fronts quite badly. It’s embarrassing to admit this but like an old pair of shoes I got used to this.
Anyhow, all fixed now and what a difference! Feels like I’m driving a new car. I had AT3’s about 2 sets back but then fitted Scorpion Zero’s which I never felt happy with. My previous experience with AT3’s was that they were brilliant in snow, are not noisy and the Disco feels more ‘planted’ on the road.

Oh, come on! Everyone has to make a first post when they join, and D4Dave's seemed like a worthwhile contribution to me. OK, so he was recommending a brand - but that's what this entire thread is about, so his contribution is no less valid than any other post in the thread. To accuse him of being a 'troll' or untrustworthy is not fair.
