I did mine without a manual, it's just a case of clearing all objects on the front + top, removal of the viscous fan and timing belt cover, egr coolant pipes, fuel rails and injectors are tricky. expect a few grazed knuckles. Assortment of various extension bars and swivel joins help too.

Leaking Manifold

So last year my LHS went and 8 months later my RHS goes too, this is so fking expensive as a repair, I would really recommend the metal versions going forward.

It seems to be the case that once one side goes the other soon follows

Just an update with these manifolds. All still running well, no leaks or signs of deteriation which is promising and coming up to 12 months!

This is the seller I used (https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/135038345819) but also have noticed he is selling upgraded coolant manifolds which are also prone to splitting (https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/135132540750) will start another thread as I am tempted or order one and replace as it looks easy to get to and I don't want to be left stranded due to another pathetic plastic part.

My experience isn’t so good - of the product or the after sales service. The locating lugs for the oil filler cap sheared off and entered the engine. The seller said warranty was void as I had painted them and thus weakened the casting. This is, of course, BS.

No update I’m afraid - seller refused any assistance claiming paint weakened it. I’ve bodged a solution in the meantime….
