When you were testing the sensors with the multimeter.

Think there's been a post or 2 concerning the fuel gauge after the epb has been taken off for repair & refitted, hope taking it off the ramps is the fix!

Sorry to disappoint you guys but it hasn’t. fully charged and reset battery.
Remote works, interior lights, satnav, radio, headlamp flash, rear lights and brake lights, hazards, they must be on a seperate curcuit, but nothing else, all fuses and relays checked.It can when others can't,

So sorry to hear this mate , indeed must be extremly frustrating
Assume there’s no errors with the gap idd because u can’t turn the ign on , know I mentioned it earlier but wonder if the canbus test would show if there’s a error on the high or low canbus ,then if there was if that may assist in knowing what modules are on that circuit
Apologises mentioning it and Know it’s clutching at straws , also been searching through wiring diagrams etc to no avail
Fingers crossed ur able to resolve this mate

Found this and wonder if that may aid u in seeing if power is getting to and from the module , sorry if you’ve already tested it
POWER SUPPLY DISTRIBUTION BOX
The Power Supply Distribution Box is located in the right side of the luggage compartment, rearward of the BJB. The power supply distribution box incorporates two banks of MOSFETs, which are activated by the GWM to switch the vehicle loads between the batteries during stop/start on vehicles with stop/start system, and also for charging the secondary or auxiliary battery.
The power supply distribution box receives a battery supply direct from the primary battery to BAT1 terminal and a battery supply from the secondary or auxiliary battery to BAT2 terminal. The power supply distribution box also incorporates a microcontroller, which receives commands from the GWM via a LIN bus connection.
The power supply distribution box connects or disconnects either the primary or secondary battery to the vehicle loads according to the GWM commands. In addition, there is a diagnostic connection between the GWM and power supply distribution box, to detect faults with the power supply distribution box.
The MOSFETs in the power supply distribution box have a fail-safe Body Diode mode which will ensure there is always a connection from the primary battery to the vehicle loads in the event of a failure in the power supply distribution box. At least 60A can be supplied to the loads in this mode. The GWM will detect such a failure and will shut down non-essential loads so as not to overload the power supply distribution box.

No probs, also found a video ref the fuel senders , once again apologises if you’ve already seen it

yeah forum been crappy for a few days TBH
These electrical issue are really very annoying, feel your pain M3DPO.
It looks like it going to be a load of testing to get to the bottom of this issue.

Indeed with regards to electrical / connector issues etc
Remember getting caught out on a connector where I didn’t realise as I pushed the connector together the pin pushed itself back internally and therefore only made contact on one side
From then on I got some small angled / straight pick utensils so I could carefully either remove the rubber protection sleeves or back probes the wires allowing to test and by doing so ensuring there was continuity
Also getting some long multimeter leads so could connect to one end of a wire and just go through that wire pin by pin f4om one end to the other
Think all of us have got our fingers crossed for M3DPO

Hi,
I did have a same problem and I’ve just found the fault.
The reason was faulty electric parking brake. I suppose the EPB is a part of same system bus with the ignition system. Simple way to test the fault is pulling the parking brake emergency release cable. I did that and got the system back alive. I temporaly removed parking brake parts from both rear wheels and disconnected the wire harness from EPB module and back on road again. The whole pig job is not done yet but the reason located.
