The guy was not happy which is anyone's prerogative, and it is now a matter of record that we instantly offered and gave him 100% of his money back, without question or problem. We would / will still do that for anyone.
That's what standing behind ones product truly means, and i don't think anyone should / could ask for more.
Although personally i think Wiggs' somewhat shorter summation is ample

That's like saying that let's say for example Markw didn't like D3 and said so publicly. Would you all not buy a D3. 1 mans view is that at the end of the day. It didn't work for him but that doesn't mean it won't work for anyone else.
This is not a dig. TFC is a valued member along with a few others but that doesn't make everything they say gospelHONI SOIT QUI MAL Y PENSE

Same here. Would be nice to have but a bit spendy for me at the moment. What with 2 weeks in Morocco looming in the next 2 months. But will be saving up for it as soon as I get back or paying someone to turn my bits on if they buy a full systemHONI SOIT QUI MAL Y PENSE

I'm convinced, unless Wiggs is very good with photoshop . Could be that I'm just easy pleased. If I can up spec my car for a small price then I'm in. Just need to find someone to stump up the dosh and buy the full system. In an ideal world the forum would buy and then we'd have a relay all over the country and use it and then pass it on. But that ain't going to happen is it HONI SOIT QUI MAL Y PENSE

Agree with both RLD and Markw,
The issue is (that no one has raised yet) if you plug this into your D3 (and I'm not saying anyone with an original LR warranty should) then you have to accept that if YOU or the software get it wrong then you may need a new ECU or bits of it.
I'm not knocking it - I would love to buy it.... its for the same reason I haven't made my decision about a remap - it could all go wrong.
(and for the record I own/run/manage a small business that could be crippled by a claim against any of our insurances - as could many of the tuners/software/mantec plates.... if you get my meaning)Richard......

What I meant is...BBS are a limited liability company... so if your D3 gets screwed up by their software, their liability is limited
