I asked for the old one back....going to have a go at dismantling the dryer to see if that was the problem (it wasn't breathing or venting properly which suggests it was)

Rick,
For future ref, should you end up needing a 4th compressor.....mine went a few weeks ago and the car ended up on the bump stops. After advice from some knowledgeable chaps on this forum, I drove the car the 20 or so miles to my favoured independent without any issues......other than me getting a bit seasick. So you can drive them with a duff compressor, just wouldnt want to do it at anything over 30mph.

Thanks for that info, I did have to drive mine also to get it to a dealer. Slumped to one side. Had some vry pist of drivers behind me lol

Hi Martin, I used this part number and got 2 new relays from LRspares and recieved 2 100Amp relays which were slightly bigger in size than the original grey 70Amp relays and wont fit in the relay box socket. I guess being 100Amp rated then these ones shouldnt fail with closed contacts.......
Was there any mention of a "piggy back" socket when fitting these uprated relays....? or where can I view the TSB LTB00331 .
any help much appreciated......
