Modules cameras and the wiring installed
Would this then link up to a 2nd gen screen 2010

What i don’t get is that untested ccf is for all cars and years so why is there no ipmb on there at all even for other years etcDisco 3 gone but not forGotten

The cameras on a 2010 has been done now by a bloke I know the camera tab can only be added with sdd and not the iid toolDisco 3 gone but not forGotten

You can fit a screen from one with cameras and it still won’t show the tab
I know it needs something adding to your asbuilt file and uploading to the car

Thank you for this wonderful thread! It’s the only thread in the internet with any usable content!
I’ve just a couple of questions if someone would be able to help me here.
I’ve added blind spot detection to my 2011 L322 supercharged. I bought the mirrors from America and they have come with cameras. I’ve decided, that in some capacity I’m going to connect these cameras and rear camera up. I’ve also bought the correct camera module from America.
Im pretty handy with a box of spanners so confident in my ability to dismantle my car and put it back together but just need a few pointers on what to do 😂
Firstly, will I need a new rear camera and cable? From the thread I believe I will but I can’t find any info on a different rear camera.
Secondly, FAKRA, what actually is it and how do I connect? I understand from the thread what the pins are for but not sure how and where to connect the high and low aspect.
Thirdly, adding the option to my CCF. I’ve got the untested CCF on my GAP but not sure which to change. Now I understand from the thread there is an issue and will possibly need extra help from “some bloke” 😂
Im not too bothered about adding the camera function to my Home Screen but will the cameras work if I select reverse? Obviously there is no point even starting to do this job if the cameras don’t work at all but happy to fill my time doing something if the do work. I like the updated parking aid would be usual.
Also, does anyone have a link or website where I could buy some of the module plugs? Also one of the OBD testers that Wiggy has would be class and add the my garage of things I have but don’t ever use.

I'm in the same boat - 2010 D4 that I've fitted the surround cameras to but can't get the camera button to show up in the home screen.
I've got SDD and I've added every camera and IPMB related CCF I can think of, but still no joy...
Does anyone know who it was who actually got it working?
