Sorry Jamie. Pm is best.
214.99 for the 500 wifi plus 8pp inc spare mount and lead to use in second car
Don't have 550 as simply too expensive to buy.
After the last few 500s have gone retail price for them will have to go
To 249.99 for just the camera!!
Best Regards Ian

I bought previously the dr400 from you - is the 500 much better? I have a new work van coming and was seriously considering getting one and use the spare connection for my lorry when I'm out in it

500 is great for playing with via iPhone. It's more stable black and a little bigger than the 400

Daft question.......
Do the units have to be plugged into a power supply all the time, or do they have a usable internal battery...... must be my OCD but i really hate trailing wires
Regards
Mark

They need power. Internal battery only to allow controlled shutdown after loss of power.
Cable easy to hide.
There have been a couple of issues with updating to latest firmware on the 500 wifi model
Please don't update the firmware until Pittasoft release a more stable update.
Best Regards Ian

I want one
Hi
I was referred to this forum from Reallymeansounds forum in N Ireland as I was asking if anyone knew of a group buy for a Blackvue camera kit.
Well here i am and would like a 500 model with the fittings as mentioned here.
Now I can't do PM as i don't have enough posts (or I can spam posts).
Can @hids4u hook me up with one if i pay by credit card?
If necessary i can post me email address but will probably end up with a load of Viagra emails
Thanks
