i have just spotted that the price for the additional screen holder is 30% of what it should be! cant believe how much they cost. Now corrected - they are 14.99 not 4.99!

This is what I bought from the bay (at a very much reduced price I have to admit), to provide cover for the interim whilst I sort a replacement for my own BV which has gone to the great graveyard in the sky.

Yes I do have some of the 500 and 380 models left.
The website you posted is nothing to do with Balckvue it is just a reseller happy to sell any products
I have tested many and the BLACKVUE by far is the best unit I have tried, looks, quality of image and functionality.
I sent you a PM about the faulty BV you have. We will try get it replaced for you
