Is this an rs500 inter cooler you guys are using?Upgrades so far - , rear ladder from prospeed , front and rear light guards G4 style roof rack and 4 lightforce spots on the rack! Xenon lights

What's the changes you have been doing to get these to fit.
Mike showed me the intercooler on his on Friday and i really want one now, what's involved as my current cooler is rather clogged with mud so think a change is on the cards.In loving memory of FA54WSK.

Mines a rs 500 too . If you look at the pics of the cooler in place
you will see the edges of the crashbar have been trimmed /reworked to gain
Enough clearence to get it in . As discomikey says the alternative would be a cooler
Of slightly reduced dimensions .which would make instalation easier You're not afraid of the dark are you ?

Towed the tintent today from storage to home and must say there is an improvement in midrange .
Off to wales at weekend so will see how it copes with the welsh hills however initial results are positive

I had read about this elsewhere, also planning to head down this route, most of the cooling fins off mine are missing. Thoguht while I was at it I would change the hoses for silicone ones.
Any info on pipe size changes? i.e stock to the newer intercooler?
