Well I did not get as much done today as I wanted as I was clearing out my grandads garage!
But I am happy with what I did
After letting the brake cylinders soak and using a pair of grips and a hammer I was able to get them apart
I then cleaned them all up and lightly rubbed them all down, greased them and put it all back together with some new split pins

Hopefully get the chassis fully rubbed down tomorrow. I also ordered some
New shoes and springs to finish it all off underneath 07 Java Black TD V6 D3, EGRs Blanked, Tow bar, Full dog guard & divider, LED Spots , DRLs, GG ATs, RLD Sump guard, RLD Spare Wheel Protector, D4 LED Rear Lights, Limo tints on boot and Midnight tint on rear windows, Kenwood screen with Garmin nav, Rear cameras, D4 Steering wheel with flappy paddles, T-max split charge system, Tree sliders, Prospeed roof rack & Ladder, Alisport fast road inter cooler,

Please have a look at the inner sealings!
The leather part is hardly to get, I guess.
The inner hub seal sometimes is dammaged at its lip or mounted upside down!
REM: the coiled spring has to show to the bearings!
Have a nice holiday!

My 30mm spacers arrived this morning and I test fitted them All seems ok think i will need some washers but they look ok. These are them fitted with out the brake drums so the over lap will be a lot smaller and I will take that away with some washers

Wheels test fitted:

These will be plastidiped black next week hopefully
I also gave the brake hubs a clean and wizz with the wire brush:

Left not done and right clean (I hope it is obvious )
And the box of parts that are ready for degreasing tomorrow and then primer when dry

Hopefully I will find some grommets as everyone is helping in my wanted thread Then once I have cleaned up the brake shoe carriers and packed the wheel bearings I can then rebuild the brakes and put the wheels back one 07 Java Black TD V6 D3, EGRs Blanked, Tow bar, Full dog guard & divider, LED Spots , DRLs, GG ATs, RLD Sump guard, RLD Spare Wheel Protector, D4 LED Rear Lights, Limo tints on boot and Midnight tint on rear windows, Kenwood screen with Garmin nav, Rear cameras, D4 Steering wheel with flappy paddles, T-max split charge system, Tree sliders, Prospeed roof rack & Ladder, Alisport fast road inter cooler,

Well not much done today
I got the last few remaining things unbolted and removed ready for cleaning up.
I flipped the chassis over with the tractor and have removed the axle (not done in the picture) so I can get to it all for wire brushing
Brake shoe carriers etc are looking good and I have just put some kitchen towel on the shaft to protect it while I work on the rest

Slow progress but everything is apart now and hopefully I can get some primer on this weekend
Arlo in the pics above did you just use copper grease when you out the shoe carriers back together?07 Java Black TD V6 D3, EGRs Blanked, Tow bar, Full dog guard & divider, LED Spots , DRLs, GG ATs, RLD Sump guard, RLD Spare Wheel Protector, D4 LED Rear Lights, Limo tints on boot and Midnight tint on rear windows, Kenwood screen with Garmin nav, Rear cameras, D4 Steering wheel with flappy paddles, T-max split charge system, Tree sliders, Prospeed roof rack & Ladder, Alisport fast road inter cooler,
