Well I have test fitted the piece of plywood and put the sink/ Hobs in for a test run:
I will need to get some stainless steel cut at some point to look nice as the plywood is a temporary fit for Chepstow camp 07 Java Black TD V6 D3, EGRs Blanked, Tow bar, Full dog guard & divider, LED Spots , DRLs, GG ATs, RLD Sump guard, RLD Spare Wheel Protector, D4 LED Rear Lights, Limo tints on boot and Midnight tint on rear windows, Kenwood screen with Garmin nav, Rear cameras, D4 Steering wheel with flappy paddles, T-max split charge system, Tree sliders, Prospeed roof rack & Ladder, Alisport fast road inter cooler,

Got the solar panel on today as I kept tripping over it in the workshop so thought I better do something about it
Not wired up yet but if I don't get that done this week then will run some cables at Chepstow
I need to sort out a piece of plywood and a canvas cover for it when driving along as I think it could be a bit vulnerable there? What do people think?
Also going to put a gas strut on it to hold it up as is a little too heavy for the window slides.07 Java Black TD V6 D3, EGRs Blanked, Tow bar, Full dog guard & divider, LED Spots , DRLs, GG ATs, RLD Sump guard, RLD Spare Wheel Protector, D4 LED Rear Lights, Limo tints on boot and Midnight tint on rear windows, Kenwood screen with Garmin nav, Rear cameras, D4 Steering wheel with flappy paddles, T-max split charge system, Tree sliders, Prospeed roof rack & Ladder, Alisport fast road inter cooler,

So today I connected up all the electrics for the solar panel
The cabling is a little thick but I had loads left over so thought I would use it.
I then set about making a protective cover. I used some sash window fasteners that I had left over from something else and they will hold the wooden cover on protecting the solar panel.
Also tightened up the sliders and is now fine thanks Greg tomorrow I will sand it all down and prime it and paint it and hopefully it will fit in well 07 Java Black TD V6 D3, EGRs Blanked, Tow bar, Full dog guard & divider, LED Spots , DRLs, GG ATs, RLD Sump guard, RLD Spare Wheel Protector, D4 LED Rear Lights, Limo tints on boot and Midnight tint on rear windows, Kenwood screen with Garmin nav, Rear cameras, D4 Steering wheel with flappy paddles, T-max split charge system, Tree sliders, Prospeed roof rack & Ladder, Alisport fast road inter cooler,

That really is a fantastic job you've done there
Was looking at going down the trailer route myself but I'd probably get nowhere near that level

Seen a couple on eBay one with a standard 50mm ball the other with a NATO hitch. The one I'd prefer though would be a good 12 hour round trip
Might have to save a few more penny's.

Well starting to get her ready again for our trip next weekend to Gower.
I uprated the springs underneath to try and eliminate some of the roll and give a little more ground clearance so I put in some 1200lbs springs one on each side.
I am so wanted to weigh the nose to see what actual nose weight I am looking at and it looks like it is about 86kg so I am happy with that.
Few small things to do today:
- replace solar panel wiring
- get new tent out and out mattered topper on and sheet (if the weather allows)
- sort out the rear boxes and remove drawer (found the drawer not to be overly useful)
- mount new barbecue for traveling
- just and general clean and prep 07 Java Black TD V6 D3, EGRs Blanked, Tow bar, Full dog guard & divider, LED Spots , DRLs, GG ATs, RLD Sump guard, RLD Spare Wheel Protector, D4 LED Rear Lights, Limo tints on boot and Midnight tint on rear windows, Kenwood screen with Garmin nav, Rear cameras, D4 Steering wheel with flappy paddles, T-max split charge system, Tree sliders, Prospeed roof rack & Ladder, Alisport fast road inter cooler,
