England 2007 Discovery 3 TDV6 SE Auto Java BlackDiscovery 3

I'm with you, Moo, the XC90 is now far more distinctive than the D5. The D5 is now just another run of the mill SUV. Boring!
What are LR up to? First they take a Freelander and call is a Discovery Sport, and now the new Discovery is totally non distinctive...bland, even.
My personal opinion of course, but really!!!

England

In recent years I've had FL2s and RRSs and now have a DS - imho they were right to rename it as it's not a Freelander - it's inbetween a Freelander and a rrsport which is reflected in the price

I do think there are going to be too many models though which is fine if sales continue to rise but as MG Rover discovered can be a bad thing - if they'd stuck to R75 and MGTF I think they'd be still going strong Sad

Skep yes please. I tow a large TA caravan and think the XC90 may be under powered to tow that especially as they only do a 2.0l

Im surprised a few on here have not seen the D5 yet I cant be the only one involved in setting RV's Rolling with laughter

Or your keeping stum because you know to the traditionalist its going to flop (Initially like the D3) however its going to open a new market up and be a raging success Thumbs Up

Me I like it but then I embrace evolution (said he with 3 Defenders Rolling with laughter )
