So do we reckon that is it? Noooooo
That rear image in particular reminds me of those Nissan Terrano/Ford Maverick things and that's not good.
I could probably get used to the front half but that rear, and no stepped roof line.......
You could not mistake any previous Disco for anything else but that just looks so anonymous, so anodyne.Arthur.

I can still see the stepped roof line, .. Although it is very subtle.

This is definitely the vehicle I saw at Beachy Head the other week.
It is a very large vehicle, it was going up and down the road from the NT car park, looked like they were brake testing it a lot, they were also throwing it around a lot. They were going up and for about an hour!
Sounded just like my D4 does, so presume same engine. No pictures from me though.

Well at least from the cammo'd pic it looks like they've ditched the daft rear door arrangement.

Still, doesn't look too bad, though might not be talking about the car.

They've curved the rear end , at least it doesn't have a sloping roofline.
Can't see me buying one, I went down the Disco Sport route and looked into the future of LR and didn't like what I saw.23.5MY Defender 90 X-Dynamic SE D250 MHEV Pangea Green

LR have spent a fortune on the Ingenium plant, no way they're not going to use that lump in a new Disco.

Na! Don't like it very much. Why? Because it looks too much like all the other current SUVs. Bland modern styling, bit like the X5. All the Disco's up to the D4 have a distinctive and unique shape and maybe that's what some of us prefer. My opinion of course and not a statement of fact.2007 Disco3 2.7 tdv6 SE

Ingenium engines will be under the bonnet for sure, they ain't getting the claimed economy, in fact they ain't any better than the EU5 2.2 it replaced.23.5MY Defender 90 X-Dynamic SE D250 MHEV Pangea Green

The more I compare the camod shot and the concept shot they are virtually identical. Take the rear spoiler of the comed one and the back tailgate looks the same, look at the bonnet lines on both and they look the same, look at the front bumper and the additional camo and it looks very similar.MY17 D5 1st Edition Namib Orange

Door handle in the middle of this frame suggests conventional door, plus this shows the shape of the rear door rear edge with the change in cammo.
