Then we'll be arguing over the flux capacitor or virtual reality steering system on the D7. Whistle

At least you have something to look forward to Malc ...I will be in my fully electric, self driven Disco by then ....I think I'll sit in the boot to look out through the one piece tailgate window Laughing

Is it a confirmed option then? Confused

It won't have a split tailgate or a dipstick
 BREXIT - done properly.
Right now ...We need Government - not Politics
Save the Dipstick Flagbearer-keep it simple, less likely to fail campaign-agenda items:Starting Handles, Acetylene Lamps.
Founder: Dipsticks-R-Us Inc
D3 HSE-perfectly formed, passenger friendly...has real DIPSTICK
Jag XK-but sadly no DIPSTICK...HUGE design fault
FL2 has DIPSTICK..."real comfort in rear seats"
VW Golf wondermobile (?)..has real DIPSTICK
Morris Minor..original DIPSTICK technology..and a real KEY.

DG: I'm only going on the fact that the equivalent item in the FFRR is around £5,900.00. I know no more than that, sorry!

I'd bet that that an event platform, if one is exists on a D5, will be a cost option and standard on high end models.

I'd hate to make any assumptions here. Remember, these seem to be plonked on top of the structure of the lower tailgate and might be cheaper to make than all of the original Enginnering that goes into an "event platform".

I was thinking of the D6 as being the first D5 "revamp". Thumbs Up
