Really interested with you having that insight within the party what the best resolution would be?
Labour shoot themselves in the foot with the voters, even traditional Labour voters, keeping people like Abbott on the front bench... no one can ever take the party seriously whilst they prop up Abbott as the future Home Secretary...

Interesting to see how quickly the Putin controlled RT comes to the aide of their stricken comrade Corbyn.
Whilst I’m no fan of Angela Smith, if you listen to or read the full dialogue it’s blatantly obvious that it wasn’t in anyway a racist comment.2006 D3 HSE (Original & still the best)-GONE

Interesting to see if Grieve follows. He just seems an odd fit for them, too much old school Tory about him. We’ll see.
Bit late, it’s now four short, but;
Currently comprises a couple of middleweights, Umunna being the highest profile/obvious leader, and half a dozen ‘nobodies’. Where is their Moses?

It was all over the media streams yesterday, when I googled that was one of a load that came up, most others were links to newspapers, hence why I chose that one.

Anna Sourdough off now with her mob.
Interesting time in politics.

It also appears that Baroness Altmann, the former pensions minister, "would join a moderate splinter party if a no-deal Brexit became the likely outcome".

The key here is that if the tory element of defectors progress past the DUP in numbers then this presents a significant change in dynamics in the house. It will be interesting to see how many of the disaffected from both side they can muster. They are only one body away from pushing the LibDems into 4th place in national politics.21 year LR veteran > D2 GS 2003 > D3 S 2006 > D3 HSE 2009 > D4 HSE 2013 > D4 HSE 2015 > D5 HSE 2018 > DS HSE R-Dynamic P300e 2021

Indeed, it’s all about momentum, no pun intended, they need to attract others over the next few days to launch a credible new voice. Couple of dozen MP’s and they’re making a statement.

Any splinter group has to get through the next General Election intact before they can start to really get going. How many of them will lose their seats because of the "I vote Labour/Tory" types in their constituencies. It would be nice to think that an independent Labour/Tory candidate had as much chance as an "official" candidate, but as mentioned previously, many people vote party not person even though it's the person that does the day to day stuff on their behalf.
I can see lots of very nasty briefings against the independent MPs in the run up to the next GE. Indeed, it's already started with the Labour MPs being slated by the Party.Visiting from rrsport.co.uk
