ok - I've been following this with a lot of interest and I'm fairly confident that this is the way I'm going forward.
I have a questions however before I splash the cash!
1) How do I find out if I need the Bosh or Denso version?
2) There isn't currently a reverse camera fitted (other than the one I've retrofitted to show up on the reverse mirror) but I noticed when I removed the lift up tailgate trim, there was a brown input plug sat there doing nothing - is this where the factory reverse camera is wired up to?
3) I have the hardmon kardon set up, will this cause issues wiring in the NaviHua?
4) What type of screen do I have? (2011 landmark LE)
5) Can someone explain in english what PX6 Android 9 4GB RAM+64GB ROM means?
6) Why does the NaviHua website get blocked by all my web browsers - even on my iphone!
Thanks all.

Hi. I will try my best to answer your questions but I am not an expert.
1) Best way to find what head unit you have is to remove the touch screen and look for the label, or you can send a photo of your user interface to your supplier and they can tell.
2) You can fit an after market reversing camera to most of these Tesla style units without any problem or you can retro fit using oem parts (plenty info on here if you search)
3) No problem with the HK system
4) Type of screen, again the supplier should be able to tell with the info you supply.
5) PX6 is the central processing unit. CPU is the core component of what defines a computing device, but it is also more than in a normal computer, Mobile devices and some tablets instead utilize a System on Chip (SoC) which is a chip that contains its CPU alongside other components.Think ,engine, speed.
Android is the operating system, a bit like windows and 9 stands for the version, I think the latest is 11.
RAM and ROM, Random Access Memory, and Read Only Memory ,best to ask mr google as I have to get on with my life.
6) I can’t explain why you are having trouble with the NaviHua website ,try this. Check out this product on Alibaba App Navihua Tesla Style New Upgrade Android Car Radio For Land Rover Discovery 4 2010-2016 lr4 Multimedia Built-in GPS Navigation

I purchased mine through the Alibaba.com website from NaviHua. I can only comment on my experience. I found them helpful and professional.Other members of this forum have used different suppliers.

To add to Andy’s feedback, I purchased from Yanav and had similar good experience.
Further to the above feedback PX3, PX5, PX6 is basically the speed of the unit but like engine size. The higher the number the smoother it runs the programs bit like latest iPhone against a 3/5 year old unit.
The 32GB bit is the size of the storage usually is either 32 or 64.
The final bit of info is the memory size and usually 2Gb or 4Gb, the larger the better.
I don’t think you’d go wrong with either of the two above suppliers.RLD CB Bracket

Thanks for the info guys, really appreciated.
The biggest issue I now have is that the head unit has stopped working altogether, and I'm guessing it all needs to work before I start swopping things over. (I definitely need a fully working unit to put back when I change cars in the next couple of years)

aqua0 - as the new 'Tesla style' unit uses most of the head unit (in combination with the new screen unit), I would imagine that you would need to ensure it is working before taking the plunge.
Good luck getting resolved.
