Now you will have to deal with the poor customer service from "Spec cars"

Not when Perth Audi (Camerons) are just down the road. Just bought my RS4 from Perth and they were light years ahead of Specialist in Abz......

First thing Monday picked up my D3 & dropped off SWMBO's, Mine was in for its end of warranty sort out and had a list of about 12 things to be done varying from suspension problems (Normal height only), engine problems (down on power & poor mpg) and items that fit in the "more in hope" category like glow plugs slow to go out. Basically if I could think of a problem it went on the end of the long list of items. They had the car for two weeks whilst we were on hols in "sunny" Skye and kept in touch by phone.

When I got the car the Workshop Foreman spent half an hour running through what they had done and what they had tried where they were unable to find a fault. Whilst the majority of stuff resulted in a fix, the engine issue didn't but I know that the EGRs are not an issue. Was very pleased with what was done, tempered slightly with the car having to go back in as front right brake smelling awful and a metallic clicking noise from front left after they had changed the wheel bearings. Not such as issue as I've got to get a brake fluid change prior to going to Tunisia.

Mrs DSL's car is in there now to get a final fix list done before warranty dies, plus rear brake pads and discs changed at £258 incl VAT.

As above generally very happy with the service side and a vast improvement (IMHO) on the last dealer I used in Inverness. Whilst they may not be the cheapest, at least I feel they understand D3s far better and do not just plug a computer in and if find nothing do nothing!
