I bit tame I know, compared to some of the pictures on here, but it is on the grass
We were rebuilding 11kv overhead lines just outside Burton on Trent last week, and the D4 does go off road a bit more than this picture suggests, honest.

Continuing the theme of D3 & D4's together.....
Spooky & I attended the AGM for the RRR today, after the meeting they did a group photo & we gate crashed
As part of the weekend they had been out on the Plain the day before but unfortunately I was at work, hence mine looks clean & his is a bit muddy.
There is a better picture of the pair in my gallery. It's difficult to compare them as both are slightly modified from their original spec.Nick

Went to the media presentation day for the Silverstone Classic. The RRR provide off-road rides to raise money for charity. We took 3 vehicles, a genuine 2005 RRS G4 & an off-road modified p38a which has the 2.8L version of the 300tdi fitted as well as mine. We all use our own vehicles to take people around the circuits off-road course.
Journalists were provided with rides around the circuit in loads of different cars from Mustangs to Listers, some driven by their owners, some by celebrity drivers.Nick
