We will never have anywhere near as many members, I don't even know what the figure is on here these days, but I think 50 members of a club would be excellent. we are never going to get into hundreds of members because the club is really for people who want the social side and off roading side of ownership and that rules out a large percentage of people, and that is why I believe that the club and forum should and hopefully will live happily together. I wish both Disco3 forum & Disco3 Club well, and don't want to be involved in any wrangling.
I hope that anyone who posts here will continue to do so, notwithstanding their membership of the club.
My only concern is that the club's forum might diminish the perceived value of this forum.
Maybe the the club restrict their forum to club matters?

I doubt that would happen - I am a member of several photographic forums - and they co-exist quiet happily. There is often cross posting and the like, but how muh different is that to the vast array of magazines on the shelves? Mark.

Enough has been said on this topic. If people have questions related to Disco3Club, they should address them to the club directly via its website, which is now operational. There is nothing to be gained from any further attack or defence.
