So you can purchase an iid that you can then buy a licence for another vehicle model for without any issue? It doesn't have to be 3x disco3's for example?FFRR Owner, very nearly became a D3 owner
Test piloted a new D4 XS SDV6.. Gone and being forgotten i hope!!
D4 HSE 10MY
D4 XS 11MY
SSRR Destroyer *2
Yes, an IID BT can hold up to 10 licenses for any of the covered vehicles. The non-BT is model specific, though the pre-facelift RRS and D3 are also cross-compatible. Current: Discovery 3 06MY (55 reg) HSE Auto Zambezi Silver Allisport Fast Road Intercooler, V8 Brakes, Silicone IC Hoses, EGRs Blanked, Remapped, De-Cat pipe, FBHIC

hi guys, perhaps some of you have the answers to the following questions?
1. My cruise control doesn't really keep the speed when I hit a hill, any way to force it to keep to the set speed? I live in an area with lots of hills, so a bit of a PITA.
2. Is there any way to increase the sensitivity of the autolamp trigger? Winter is setting in and there are a lot of overcast days, but the auto headlamp never comes on.
Thanks!--

Bought a IID BT from a fellow member this week delivered next day thank you
Pat was very quick to sort licence transfer so up and running same night (Canada time difference does help)
I had a suspension height sensor out and the live values helped me trace it to dodgy wiring
Following day I prepared myself for the mental arithmetic of a suspension height callibration, sheets and calculator in hand I was very disappointed to find the new guided setup app helped me do the whole car in about 3 minutes great update

You're welcome.
Sorry for the inconvenience, the guided calibration does remove the challenge provided by other methods. For the ones who have time on their hands, the manual calibrating method is still available http://www.gap-diagnostic.com/

StuIf it moves and it shouldn't duct tape it, if it doesn't move and it should walk away and get a big hammer

This is all great info, thank you! 1 question, however... Does this tool allow for disengaging the TPS monitor? My module went bad and instead of replacing it, i'd rather simply turn off my TPS sensors.

You can disable the TPMS with an IIDTool. Keep in mind that you will have to remove the valves transmitters also.http://www.gap-diagnostic.com/

Thank you Pat...does that mean essentially removing the sensors at each wheel? Is that pretty straight forward? (Google was no help to find instructions). Also, since I'd essentially turn off the feature, why the need to remove the sensor?RRSSC
