Started on my dads wood shed today nearly finished

My Milestone was about your wood store, I didn't know it was reserved for Landmarks for posting #s.
I need to get myself into gear & sort out the tree fall from over winter, log store will be bursting by the time they're done.
This used to do the hot water & heating for the house.

I find myself doing occasional rearrangements of split logs in the store as I add others just to make them nest better.

What do you run now?
Are you still on manual feed, or some type of gravity / screw / hopper feeder?
Mix of that & oil. Installed a Heritage oil oven during kitchen revamp, does hot water & ground floor (inc underfloor in kitchen & bootroom).
It is a mare to run, have to hand feed via top door & can't go to bed before 1am or it's out in the morning.
I was due in for double shoulder OP's a few years back & needed to simplify a little.
Woodshed my going away place, peaceful & no kidsPaul.

Right, here's my new extension to the wood store (built weekend before last)

And my new hydraulic splitter turned up, cost about £100 and has a 8t jack, just had a little go with it....it's certainly keeps you fit! But works perfectly
