My hypothesis about this behaviour is that they use your car as a guide to getting in their own bay. Otherwise they wouldn't have a clue where the lines are and how far fore/aft in the bay they should be.Visiting from rrsport.co.uk

Lorries that can’t get under the railway bridge and block up the road.
Just heard a noise on the gravel driveway that is shared by 3 other properties. Looked out to find a 40’ artic trying to turn on the drive.
Not the first and will no doubt be the last. One recently turned round in the field entrance by the bridge and ripped off a mudguard and an air line locking the brakes on. Another lorry connected up to him in that case and gave him enough air to get the brakes on the trailer off (I believe it is a Shunt facility) then departed with out any trailer brakes working.
When will lorries have to be fitted with Sat navs with height, weight & width restrictions included?

I know it has been mentioned so many times but idiots with drl’s on in the dark. Yesterday walking round to the local pharmacy to pick up some ibuprofen. Black Peugeot with just drl’s on sat in the queue at some temporary lights. Thought I would be nice and knocked on the window to tell them they had no lights on. Elderly gent driving. Claimed he did because the clocks were lit. I said no just drl’s on. He was adamant because the clocks were lit he had lights. After a few more pointless back and forths I said if you can’t even work your lights you should not be driving. He just shrugged his shoulders and drove off as the lights changed. It really is true that you can medicate stupid but you can’t cure it 2006 TdV6 HSE.

I always liked: if the student hasn't learnt then the teacher hasn't taught.

The eejit driver who parked facing oncoming traffic I.e. driver’s side to the kerb behind a huge transit van & then just pulled out, even when she couldn’t see if any traffic was approaching, straight into the path of my wife’s Fiat 500. Then she tried to blame my wife & categorically state it wasn’t her fault to the point where my wife had to notify the Police (not that they can do anything).
Fortunately no-one was hurt but my wife didn’t need the stress the day before an operation.Cheers,

That's exactly why it's illegal in many countries - and why a dashcam is an essential!

It should be illegal here IMO. Fortunately our insurers are confident due to where the damage is on both cars and the picture of where she was parked behind the van. Dashcam footage would have been beneficial but my wife sees them as a non-essential gadget!Cheers,

Crystal ball time.
Christmas is coming, the goose is getting fat
Mrs Jman get a dashcam for Chrimbo
MrJ fits said dashcam on boxing day (much to the delight of MrsJ)
And that is that.
I’m a poet and I didn’t know it!
PS Don’t make the dashcam the only pressie, she’s had a real shock and needs more than that. Flowers, wine and chocolates are a good cure for shock, and needed immediately. And a big hug.

Now that’s truely living dangerously.
Give MrsJ a hug from us. And no, we don’t want our cars steam cleaned. It causes havoc with the ECUs.
