£115 an hour, blimey, our local in Glasgow (Shields) is £85 and then if you keep going back they knock around 20% off parts and Labour. You still get a courtesy car (used to be a Freelander but was a Mazda 5 this time, beats walking ........ ......... just ) and there is a wee coffee area with stickies and you do get a half decent welcome.
I know one or two members have had a problem but I would dare say thats the same with every dealer. So is it worth a drive to Glasgow, just bring your parts from Nick?
