I take it that is the quota of folk willing to wait now.

Will the supplier contact us when they are back in stock?? As I've a memory like a goldfish.

Who said that ?? Wink

Ordered mine on Friday, received it today. Have yet to unpack it but excellent service! They did not have any bungs so the quest for that starts.

Sound good, didn't know is that was still proceeding. Will hold off for now, will see what I can use temporarily from the debris field that is my shed. Count me in for a bung when you are looking for buyers.

Mine came this morning with a bung. Being the technical wizard I am Wink do you push that as hard as you can up the exhaust pipe and let go, or do you have to hold it in place?

Dunno, will be able to confirm on Friday if it's up to the job. Will start a new thread with the details if it's worth getting as this one is for Andrews Takla group buy
As a few of you have PM'd me about the ARB one I'd better pull my finger out and post an update.... Frogs conveniently sold the only one they had in stock so couldn't test it on Friday, waiting for them to get more in then I'll get it tested for you lot and start a new thread with the results The End

Just used the Takla for its first full wheel change prior to the trip to Lake Salisbury. I used my Viair 400P compressor instead of the exhaust pipe and it inflated to the point of being able to change both of the wheels on one side in about 3 minutes from completely empty. Makes changing to & from muds much easier & quicker. The axle stand is there as this is the first time I've used it and in case I screw up. Unfortunately I kept forgetting it was there and twice let the air jack down with it in place. Rolling Eyes

Patience is a virtue, so they say anyway! You will enjoy it all the more when it arrives, but then Mrs DiscoDunc might take it from you and gift wrap it for Cristmas!

For anyone one interested, Viair 400P compressor is £219.44 (incl VAT + £8.50 p&p) if bought via http://www.mattsavage.com/acatalog/compressors_portable.html , however via ebay £179 (incl VAT + £10 p&p) at http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/VIAIR-12-v-portable-...dZViewItem ! Phoned to check that they were new & same as those bought through mattsavage web site & were. Had earlier phoned to see what discounts were available on 1 compressor & was politely told "none"!

Your needs were already anticipated! Mr. Green Mr. Green

Also forgot to say that whilst it inflated to 2 wheel lift in 3 mins, it is really quiet too. Thought it would make a real racket like my cheapie Halfords one.
