But who is up for it? We know the Takla one has been tested by Andrew and TFC, as has Slimer's more expensive one. I assume this Xjack one isn't up to much if we have no response?DS3 TDV6 HSE - Silver with Alpaca (old one) Gone

I have spoken to APB this morning, they have 5 No 2.5 tonne Takla air jacks available for us. The next shipment will be in May. APB will honour the 10 Air Jack group buy price although this first batch will only be for 5.
This is how the group buy will work.
I will give APB a list of names, those that have confirmed they want a Takla Air Jack. The people in this list will then contact APB and deal direct with APB. I will pm you a secrete password to give to APB this will prevent fraudulent use of our group buy.
BTW
Takla also do a 5 tonne Air Jack In the Beginning there was nothing, which exploded.

To re-inform you all.
The Takla air jack I am organising through the group buy is a 2.5 tonne jack. This is the same jack both myself and 10forcash used in Morocco, they have a heavily reinforced top and bottom. IMO they are the ducks nuts. The jack has an air line inflator and a pressure safety valve. It also has a safe slow release deflator, rather than simply disconnecting the air feed pipe and whoosh down it goes. What I am trying to say is its not just a bag of air with a feed pipe. If you want one sign up.
Price
If we can get 10 people to sign up would be £212. The normal price would be £245.
In the Beginning there was nothing, which exploded.

Just out of curiosity (does not change decision to get one) does anyone have any idea how long an airjack would take to inflate using a 12V tyre compressor? Might have to use this method til I get the bung sorted.
