Hi Dave, in total I have 4 clips AWOL.. Having said this, it is true that if you are careful how you remove the side trim they will come off without losing the clips, the trick seems to be a steady slow pull from the bottom upward.
I have now removed the trim 3 times. On the last removal I had the whole lot off in about 10 minutes.. I did all this to check wire continuity and feeds etc... I have also found that the trick with those clips is to make sure they are correctly positioned onto their plastic lugs, sometimes they clip over, but not always engage well on the plastic, by making sure thay had engaged I lost no clips during the last strip down..
If I was doing this again from scratch I would buy 5 clips "just in case" for the first trim removal.
Hindsight is a wonderous thing ..

Hello everyone,
Have just started upgrading to full OEM surround cameras, so all of the required items for the fixed reversing camera (camera, tailgate loom c/w camera wiring, microswitch c/w camera wiring and jumper cable to screen) are now listed on the for sale section - if anybody wants them.
Will report on the full OEM surround system when I have finished.
Thanks
Andrew

Hi bodsy,
I have MSV2 - thanks
Been a while sourcing all the OEM parts, I intend to strip the cabin and combine it with my RSE retrofit starting on Friday.
Have a brand new, never used spare body loom c/w camera cables - still in the box (very large) if you know anyone who is interested - let me know.
Thanks
Andrew

Hi,
I live in Manchester, can any body recommend an installer?
Alternatively would anybody around Manchester fancy doing a self install on their vehicle at the same time, two heads being better than one etc?
I have a Disco4 2013 XS.
