As my new D4 Graphite will be rolling off the production line in the next week or so ready for delivery on 1st March, could Pete@Landrover post the VIN number from which the upgraded software has been installed on the production line so I will know whether mine has been done.

Picked my MY16 (built Nov) on 5th Feb, checked this morning my other cars says its zero, disco says its +3 ! , looks like I just missed this update ! I think this affects the FBH timer as the car did not warm up yesterday as I think it thought it was above 6 degrees.Gone, MY16 HSE Lux Corris Grey, Privacy glass, Tow Pack, RLD wheel protector, Side steps.
D5 Hse Lux Si4, Dynamic Pack, roof rails, Carpathian Grey.

lotusdmc - Did your new HSE Lux come with the piano black inserts around the centre of the steering wheel controls - seems some were sent out with it missing

It shows all HSE & HSE Lux come with piano black around the steering wheel controls as a standard fitment.
Relevance to temperature?Volvo XC60 - does all that the D4 should have done

My 2013 HSE Lux does have the piano gloss black inserts on the steering wheel. It did not have them when it was first delivered, but nor did it have a lot of external items from the 'Black Pack' !!
I complained, and the dealer retro fitted them.

The steering wheel piano black was a standard fitment on my model and wasn’t part of the optional “black pack"
It was missing on delivery and had to be dealer fitted.

Piano black inserts are on the steering wheel of my SE Tech - and with it it still has the external temp issue, so I can confirm no linkage between inserts fitted or not and the outside temp
Your possibly getting too hot due to having missing inserts
